ICBC Direct Billing is a convenient service that allows our acupuncture clinic to bill ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) directly for eligible treatments related to motor vehicle accident claims, so you don’t have to pay upfront.

If you’ve recently been in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC provides up to 12 pre-approved acupuncture treatments within the first 12 weeks after the accident; simply provide your claim number, and we will handle the billing on your behalf.

After the initial 12 sessions are used, we can assist in submitting a Treatment Plan (TP) to ICBC to request additional sessions if further care is needed, ensuring your recovery continues smoothly.
